Our refillable torch lighters are custom made in-house with original artwork of Chelle Alexis. They are sealed to protect the design but ARE NOT WATERPROOF. Please avoid getting your lighter wet to ensure its longevity. They are all refillable with butane gas lighter fluid that can be purchased in most convenience stores.
